Error message in SafeGuard

Why does the error message Access denied appear when I try to encrypt a single file?

I read the article 113053 but it didn't help me.

I've done everything as described when encrypting.

Hello Timpa,
I assume you can access this file otherwise. Obvious question - which steps did you take before you got this message. Has perhaps another application opened this file (and what kind of file is it)?

Hi,
the KBA 113053 point to one other product --> I think it would be great to open a support case for this specific issue.

I just right-clicked the file name and choose encrypt and then the program said: Access denied.
I can decrypt files, but the encryption doesn't work.
Can yoy help me?
