i just installed the managemnt center and started installing client machines on PC A and PC B. I ran into the follwoing problems:
1. USB keyboards dont work on PC A but it doese on PC B (POA level, hangs at white screen, plug in ps2 mouse and keyboard and everything works fine.)
2. At Poa Level it asks for a Username and Password, no smart card support? eventhough active identity is listed as a supported smart card authentication system? if im missing something how do i set up smart card support using smartguard? i tried delpoying token from teh managment center and my card reader and usb device are nto recognized thus i canot issue tokens or certificates for a smart card). How do i make this work?
3. Which method is recommended for smart card log on Bittlocker or POA ? Since we have all windows 7 pro machines here i would go the POA way but not if the smart card support is not offered for POA. If Smart card log on is not possible with POA. is it possible with bittlocker?
Any advice on which route is best for me to use ActiveIdentity Smart card log on with Safeguard Guard Enterprise?
Active identity smart card system has already been delpoyed...
