USB dongle Keyboard or USB keyboards dont work at POA level

Hi all

i am having some problems regarding the POA auth using usb keyaboards and mouse and i tested this on PC A and PC B

Logitech DVD dongle combo keyaboard and mouse on PC A. (safeguard was installed on DC computer using the USB  keyboard and mouse dongle to install)

 - The system boots and hangs at the POA white screen sometimes it gets passed that and hangs at a black screen.

 - Tried booting up with hotkeys. tried them all none of them worked.

 - Plugged in a normal microsoft keyboard and mouse. still didnt work.

Now on PC B (used ps2 keyboard and mouse to install safeguard.)

 - the system boots and works with ps2 keyboard and mouse, usb keyboard and mouse tiwh usb dongle, and usb straight through keyboards work as well.

i tried installing safeguard using a PS2 mouse and keyboard on PC A and everything works execpt USB keyboards or keyabords using USB dongles. when i plug in the PS2 keyaboard and mouse it works like a charm.

    Hi maudio,

    with regards to your descirption I have to tell you that we would unfortunately some more information about the hardware (machine type) you are using in order to make any statement here.

    However, I would suggest to open a support call for this as the analysis of the issue will probabaly require extracting some logs as well.
