Could not installed Safeguard 5.6 on HP xw4400 Workstation

We could not installed Safeguard 5.6 on HP xw4400 Workstation, It's error while installing Sageguard client.

Error code 5001 that we tried to follow like knowledge base already,it's not work(Check disk,Defraged).

System

-Windows XP SP3

-No antivirus

This problem that happened,We need solution for fix this
