Safeguard 5.50.0.116 - User is not getting a new certificate.

I have problem with a user account that will not work. I tried removing her certificate in Safeguard management center, and expected a new one issued through, connecting with admin-log out- log in user sync.

Although the user is syncronizing with safeguard, it does not recieve a new key or certificate (last time was 23 of may 2011). Policy, contact with server is ok. And there is no new certificate in the management center on her account.

Ive tried several times to log in with admin, logout and log in with the user account, i get into windows, and it says its syncronizing, also tried loging out several times more and in again, it syncronizes, but if i try restarting and logging on with the user account, i still get "Failed Logons reported, please wait".

I have also tried to use the action-Add certificate, when the user is selected in management center. A certificate is made and i syncronize, but still the certificate is not picked-up on logon.

User logged on after first logging in and out with admin account:

Error message when trying to display key ring:"The key store is not initialized. Please re-login!"

Error message when trying to display Certificate:"Cannot read user certificate".

This is a user that has been using safeguard before and the user is connected to the pc, and syncronized in management center everytime i made a change.

I hope someone could point me in the right direction:-)
