SGE 5.50 - Decrypt Slaved Drive

Dell Latitude D820 with Windows XP will no longer boot.  User thought he had a virus, but upon restart to try and repair issue, things just kept getting progressively worse.  Originally, I was able to get to the Sophos login, but boot up failed after that.  Ran Safeguard recovery CD and tried Fix MBR, BCD repair, and a few command line functions to repair boot up.  Now, after Dell splash, I just get booterror and a blinking cursor.  All of the fixes I've seen require running the windows install disc to repair boot/OS install.  but I can't run it through the Safeguard PE environment on disc or from USB.  Currently, drive is slaved to another 820 that has Safeguard installed.  Just can't figure out a way to unencrypt the drive.

This user is in our finance department and has a lot of custom reports, queries etc.  Unencryption and then clean up/repair is really the preferred option if possible.
