Safe Guard Management Console Question

There is a machine I am trying to add a user to in sophos so she can login through the encryption because she isn't yet a user on the machine only a guest.

The machine she is on shows disabled in the safegaurd console. I did find that it was also disabled in AD. I have re-enabled the machine in AD and moved it to the appropriate OU, but in the safegaurd management console it still shows disabled. I refreshed a few times and nothing happened and I even a request inventory refresh and haven't seent anything happen yet. Am I missing something? Or does this process just take forever?

    Did you resync with AD since undisabling the computer?  And if so how quickly did you between undisabling and resyncing?  If you didn't resync at all yet then Safeguard still thinks it's disabled.  If you resynced too soon after re-enabling it in AD then the change may not have replicated across your domain to whatever DC SafeGuard is syncing with.
