Hi,
My company is using SafeGuard 5.60.0.192 and occasionally I get this error on my users computers.
I was wondering if there is a patch for this error that I can apply ?

Hi MrDanne,
the issue can occur if a Windows Recovery Environment auto repair is executed on an encrypted machine (Due to the fact that the WinRE does not have the SafeGuard Filterdriver Subsystem installed, it cannot access the encrypted harddisk (fails to locate the Operating System instance) and cannot update the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) Store with the correct entries, leaving a partly modified BCD store behind. - resulting in the 0x0f on next boot).
We're aware of the problem and have already fixed this for the upcoming SafeGuard Enterprise release.
Should you require a permantent solution for your Windows 7 / Vista Clients before the next release, you can contact Support, refering to KBA ref. 117092
Cheers,
Chris
