A few minutes ago a dialog popped up from Sophos saying that I needed to backup my encryption keys. It said I should use a jump drive, then asked for a password. It also asked for a filename which I can't recall exactly but I put something about Encryption_backup in it. It didn't save jack to my thumb drive and now my Sophos console is locked out. I tried the password that I entered but it won't work to authenticate. Wtf?
