Encryption

Hi Guys,

I mistakenly deleted Sophos device encryption Challege/Response recovery  file from the Server. Will it be possible to copy the recovery file from the Laptop into the server? Please I need  your help.

    If you are talking about the Virtual Client file, recoverytoken.tok, you should be able to export it again from Management Center.  Go to Keys and Certificates > click on Virtual Clients > click Actions in the menu bar > select Export Virtual Client.  If you deleted the Virtual Client itself, you can add a new one from the same place.
