Safeguard Easy 4.2 error !!! How to restore Kernel from Emergency disk CD ? please help

  I have a problem , The laptop use Safeguard easy version 4.2.0.2 to encryp all of harddisk.

To day when user open the laptop and it not showed password sceen , It showed

 "Integrity check for data area failed system halted" and no way to log in to Windows XP screen

 I searched in Google and I think this problem come from kernel of software failed

Then How to restore kernail , I already have emegency disk .

 Please help
