SafeGuard Easy login failed with correct account and password

I have installed SafeGuard Easy 4.4 on my Thinkpad X60 laptop .
When I start the laptop, It show "Login failed...." on left-bottom corner. It last one and a half hours till the login window comes out. But When I enter correct account and password, after another one and a half hours, "login failed" message comes again. so as login windows.
I use HDDReg 2011 to check my HDD (only scan, no repair), it shows no error. So my HDD should have no bad sector.
Any help?
