"Machine Accounts" for POA in Safeguard 5.50.8?

Wondering if it's possible to have accounts for POA which are more tied to a laptop than a user. I know about the "Alice unlocks the POA and then Bob logs in" scenario but I fear the more likely option if Bob needs to borrow the laptop in a hurry is that Alice will just give Bob her password. Is it possible to define a machine-specific POA account at some stage which will unlock the laptop? I know you can put them in the policies but then I either need 1 policy per laptop (bad) or 1 password for a bunch of laptops (also bad). Given that I can unlock the POA with one of the system accounts, we don't need to store the other one - is this possible?

Hi MrSoapsud,
thank you very much for posting. With regards to your question I'd say that you should make yourself familiar with the POA account. This account can be used as an account only available at POA level w/o being bind to a windows user. This would then be a general user account.
As of SGN 5.60 you can also use this account centrally managed.
