SafeGuard Easy: New Windows Logins being set-up as SGN Guest

I'm experiencing this problem where new logins on a SafeGuard Easy encrypted PC are being set-up has SGN Guest and not SGN Users. I've tried using a POA account on unlock the system first, but it doesn't make any difference.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thank you very much for posting and welcome to the forum =)
Did you set the right to import new users to everyone? Did you log on with the user and have pass through to windows disabled? (See http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/107857.html )
When using a Service Account List make sure that is doesn't cover to many user accounts.
