We've been experincing a weird issue lately with some of our SafeGuard Enterprise encrypted pc's. The user has to do a challenge\response session to unlock the device and that goes fine and Windows successfully boots. However when the user reboots the device we're back to Challenge\Response again so we're stuck in what appears to be a Challenge\Response loop. The only solution we have at this point is get the user passed the challenge\response so we can boot into windows, backup the users data\settings, then reimage the machine and reinstall\encrypt. This is starting to happen quite frequently across our environment and we would like to know if there something we can do to recover from this "Challenge\Response loop" other than a time-consuming and tedious reimage and re-encrypt of the machine. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
