Windows 7 don't boot - How to access to Boot-CD?

Hi!

PC, Safeguard Easy 5.50.116 and Windows 7. After POA i will get a 0xc000000f Error. Same in safe-mode, last known good configuration and all others.

I have a backup usb-disk with bkn-, xml-, svf- and p12-file.

I have testet the WinPE Recovery-Disk... but have no idea what to do with...

How to boot the win7-cd for recovery options?
