Hi,
I have 6 users that they are getting "Sorry, access to this computer is locked". The six users are in different departments and they have Windows XP and Windows 7. I checked the logs on two computers and nothing. I call tech support and they advised to install process monitor and process explorer. But nothing comes up. I made apply a GPO to disable indexing and windows defender and I still have the same issue. I have made the exclusions to Sophos antivirus and same thing.
Any help??
