Windows Account Lock after Installation SafeGuard Easy

Hello,
after Installation SafeGuard Easy, i've try to log in Windows XP Professional SP3.
After once wrong Password is the User locked.
But in Windows i have defined 3 attempt.
This happened on Notebook Lenovo, Dell with SafeGuard Easy 4.2, 4.4, 4.5 Versions.
Secure Automatic Logon is not active.
PBA is switched on.

Can anyone help me.
