Can anyone please let me know if Safeguard Easy 4.50 can be installed on Windows 7 OS.

ITadmin,
No SGE 4.5X.X will not work with Vista/7. The gina in Vista/7 is 100% different, you will have to move to SGE or SGN 5.5X or higher.
