KeyRecovery Tool, "Import from file" option

Does anyone know what it does and how it works? I've used virtual client recovery and "Import by C/R" method but never tried the "Import from File" option, nor do I know what it does. It's also not discussed anywhere in documentation that I could find..

Any ideas?

    Thank you for your reply. I too used the guide you sent with good success rate, it works well. My original post, however, was about "import from file" option/button in KeyRecovery tool -- it's there and seems to serve some function, yet I can't seem to find any documnetation about what it does and why.
