KeyRecovery Tool, "Import from file" option

Does anyone know what it does and how it works? I've used virtual client recovery and "Import by C/R" method but never tried the "Import from File" option, nor do I know what it does. It's also not discussed anywhere in documentation that I could find..

Any ideas?

I've had to use it a few times now. This is by far the best guide available, just keep in mind that after you've gone through this entire process and you're sitting at the A4 File Manager to hit F5 to refresh the display after the hard disk is unlocked... I went through quite a little nightmare until we figured that one out.
