System Crashed

Can anyone help me on this...

I have upgraded SGN server from 5.35 to 5.50 exactly the same way given in the documents.

Upgraded 3-4 clients to SGN 5.50.

One client worked fine for 1Day and today it is not booting at all and hangs on the blue windows screen which comes before CTL+ALT+DEL Screen..

On one client it is booting in to windows but I can not see any icons in the explorer/desktop.

    Unfortunately, you may be running into a deeper issue than what can be diagnosed from this forum. Please open a case with Sophos Technical Support so they can being troubleshooting.
