Sophos Safeguard 5.35 Slow down

HI,

I got a problem, some laptops after lets say 1 month after succesful instalation of Safeguard, start to slow down.

Laptops ie. (Dell d620 d630 e6500, Lenovo t61 t400 t410) when I check status there is a lot of packets waiting to be sent up to 18000 no mistake with "0". The more pactes wait the slower computer acts, in few cases defragmentation and av scan helped but in some it didn't. In task bar SGN_MasterServicen.exe takes up to 30% of CPU.

In beggining communication with server from this computers was smooth what could it be, plese help, am running out of ideas.

I checek kommunications beetwen serwer and database it's ok. Problem occurs only on some laptops. AV protection is Symantec 10.0.2.
