Reset POA User

Hi all,

Hopefully this should be a quick and easy query, but does anyone know where the knowledge-base article to reset POA has gone?  It used to be at http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/108795.aspx (and this page is still being returned in search results for "reset poa user"), but is now coming up as an error 404 page.  We're still running Safeguard 5.6 here (have recently renewed Data Protection Suite to get the version integrated with Enterprise Console, but haven't deployed it yet) and basically all I want to do is remove the current POA credentials so I can give the encrypted laptop to a new user.

To anticipate any future questions, if anyone knows where the same instructions are for the version integrated with EC, that would be much appreciated as well :smileyhappy:  I can't seem to find any instructions for doing this with any version, and it is something we've had to do quite a few times.  Probably useful to find the recovery options before deploying new encryption software!

    Thanks Sandy.  To be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to decrypting and then re-encrypting this laptop just to hand it to someone else, so I just found a Google cache copy of the old page :smileyindifferent:

    Hopefully the new version has updated instructions for the integrated EC version as well though - that would be one less upgrade to worry about! :smileyhappy:
