Some folks in my organization received an error when adding in our configuration file after uninstalling the 6.00.0.155 console and then installing the update. Our installation documentation said to simply upgrade over our existing, but for some reason they decided to remove the old one first. When they went to import the configuration file, they received a certificate mismatch error, and could not proceed. They then removed the newer console and rebooted, but got the same error when they installed the new version again. I found several local files as well as some registry keys that were left behind after a console uninstall, and once they were removed, the new console and config file installed correctly. Obviously calling support is suggested, but in our case the keys were:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Utimaco\SafeGuard Enterprise\MMC (removed entire key)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Utimaco\SafeGuard Enterprise\SafeGuard Management Center (removed entire key)
Folder structure on problem PC:
C:\Documents and Settings\Associate's USERID\Local Settings\Application Data\Utimaco\SafeGuard Enterprise\Configuration (Removed various XLM configuration files.)
