Domain rename/migration impact to existing Sophos Safeguard Client

Hi All,

As per subject above beside failed to synchronize with server and recovery due to domain changes what are the other impact will DE user encounter?.

Appreciate if anyone can share the information or experience for domain changes and provide guide for smooth migration other than to decrypt all computer and encrypt back with new console manage package. Thanks

    So long as they synchronise to an IIS server it wont matter what domain they are on as they will be synchronising over the internet.

    They might create a new entry in the managment center however - so check that you dont have duplicates.
