Safeguard login problem

Hello,

I've got problem with one of machines (Lenovo R61) on which we're implementing Safeguard Enterprise 5.50.1.17. Installation was completed without any errors (pre-client, client and configuration packages). However, after initial encryption (drives are encrypted) machine rebooted and came to Safeguard logon prompt saying that 'Workstation is locked! Perform Challange/Response to unlock). However when trying to recover it it doesn't show challange code or any other info (e.g. pre populate domain name). Machine had connection with the server as I can see in Management console computer's inventory. According to MC POA is not enabled.

Do you know how to remediate this? I cannot pass through the Safeguard Logon screen now.
