Area 8200 protection error

Hello,

I've recently enrcypted few machines in Safeguard enterprise 5.50 and noticed an error which some of them generated in the Management Console reports view. The error is: 'Area 8200 protection, method 0-3' and has been generated by 'SGBaseEnc' application.

Do you know what this error means and what caused it?

Hi Stymin,
The event occurs when the operating system tries to access a protected area of the SGN client – i.e. the POA or LocalCache folder. If the preparatory steps which are provided in the installation documentation are not followed the occurrence of the error is significantly more.
Should this not solve the issue please be so kind and open a new support call so that we can have a closer look at this.
