WebHelp Desk issue with displaying domain details

Hi,

I've got a problem while logging to WebHelp Desk website (version 5.50). Using accounts which have Helpdesk Officer role assigned I'm able to login to the WebHelp Desk site....however I'm not able to see any domain details (which is synched with Management Console). That means that I'm not able to search for any machine in the domain using the site. However, If I make the same user account a 'Master Security Officer', the domain details appears after logging into the WebHelp desk site. Reverting 'Master Security Officer' just to 'Helpdesk officer' again gives no domain details.

Does anyone have similar issue? Do you know how  to solve it?
