You could install a virtual machine and use its remote control, for example VMware Player.

That's the way how I took photos for our documentation. A virtual machine is also good for demonstration/training purposes.

the SafeGuard POA does not provide any functionality to capture screenshots. If you need to create images for documentation, I'd also recommend to setup a SafeGuard Client in a virtual environment (i.e. VMWare) and use the screen capture features of the application or simply take some photos of the SafeGuard POA on a physical device.
