POA and wireless KB & mouse

We are using SafeGuard Enterprise 6.00.1 with a mixture of HP EliteBook laptops (8470w, 8560w, 8740w, 8760w, 8770w) and none of them will recognize a Logitech wireless keyboard or mouse at the POA login. We used the POACFG file from Sophos dated 10/25/2013. Both the wireless keyboard and mouse will work when entering the BIOS but not with the POA. When I press F5 at the POA login I can see that USB legacy support is Off and both USB 1.0 and 2.0 are enabled. How do I get the POA to recognize the wireless keyboard and mouse? I tried pressing Shift + F3 during startup to enable USB legacy support but that didn't work.

    So what you're saying is Logitech devices are not supported and it has nothing to do with the Legacy USB Support setting? That surprises me since they are a major player in that product market segment. In that case, where can I find a list of supported wireless keyboards and mice?
