Local cache backup failed?

Does anyone know what this error means in the Reports section of the SGE Management Console? Can't find anything in the knowledge base; found page 103 of the Admin manual, but there is no corresponding entry in the Reports section showing it was subsequently successfully backed up, so I don't know if this is an issue or not. I notice that often, positive events are not logged, so it's hard to tell when potential issues are not current issues.

  • I would recommend a new client configuration package including the CCO file (Company Certificate Change Order file). The file must be generated in the SafeGuard Policy Editor and installed on the SafeGuard client machine. Restart the SafeGuard client machine to trigger a new local cache backup.
