Is there a way in the SafeGuard Managment Center to force a client(s) to re-fresh their policies?

    Thank you for posting your question in the SophosTalk forums.

    The only way to force a policy refresh is if you go through the policy and make a small change. The SGN Client will receive the change. There is a Hardware Inventory Refresh button if that is what you are looking for.

    If not, please explain your situation in more detail as to why you need to refresh the policy or what doesn't look right so we can help you get to where you need to be.
