Can anyone supply me with instructions on how to decrypt a laptop, there is nothing wrong with the latop - it boots fine and the encryption side of it works with no issues so its not an emergency decryption or anything. I'm just after instructions on how to remove the SafeGuard Encryption software from a laptop.
The laptop is no longer needed for company use and therefore being given to someone for personal use (hopefully without encryption)
It looks like its Sophos SafeGuard 5.61.0.25 installed on there
Any help would be appreciated
