SGN 6.0.1 (or earlier) is not compatible with Sony T series ultraportable laptops (T11/T13)

  • KBA doesn't seem to list any of the newer ivy-bridge based systems. Looks like lack of support for ICH10+ Sata controllers.

    The bodge is to switch SATA mode from AHCI to int13 legacy which many Phoenix bios's don't have an option for but that's like switching from SATA600 to PATA or worse speeds. Sony T11/T13 uses InsydeH20 bios which like Pheonix, doesn't have the option to slow the controller down to snails pace.
