SGMCmdIntn.exe /WOLstart on Windows 7

Hi, I've noticed that SGMCmdIntn.exe doesn't seem to be available on Windows 7. It works fine on Windows XP.

We're running 5.50.1.17. We'd like to start using WOLStart (and sync) more than we have. Any help would be appreciated.
