Client has no connection to the enterprise server

Hi,


I have the problem that my client can no connection to the server. This is the version 5.5. Installations of the server as the Client brought no solution. The error message is "no connection to the server"

On the client machine, have i tried contacting the following through an internet browser

yoursgnservername/SGNSRV

The connection is OK

    I've got the same issue but only on Dell E6410's.  All other models are connecting fine.   This is happening with version 5.35.3.35.

    Troubleshooting done:

    Several reboots, successfully pinged server, reinstalled the config with no success.  Other machines that are working are all Dell "D" series.

    Found my solution in this thread

    My problem was that one of my IIS servers was not in contact with the database.  I didn't realize this due to them them being behind a load balancer.  Once I checked the connection on each server manually I discovered the issue.
