keyboard does not work when Win7 start

when the laptop suddenly loses power or system crash, the keyboard can’’’’t work at the “Windows error recovery” when Windows start, the highlight on the “launch startup repair”, we can not select “start Windows normally”

OS is Win7 32bit, safeguard 5.4 ent

sorry for the late response due to the holiday season.
I remember that I had a similar situation like you last week, but I had no problem with the keyboard.
Can you please give us some information about the laptop model, keyboard type? Is a docking station involved?
