Aladdin eToken and SGE 5.5

Hi there,

is there a way to use  Aladdin eToken - mandatory -  at the "POA user" POA screen? I need the same feature like in SGE 4.5.

Thanks

  • Hi TomJones,

    welcome to the forum!

With regards to your question I can tell you that this is not possible by default in SGN 5.50.

SafeGuard Easy 5.60 will have full token configuration enabled again.

In the meantime you can use KBA 111358 (http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/111358.html) to enable token support in SGE 5.50 - the policy in the KBA is not set to token mandatory! Please contact support if you need a different policy. They will then check if they can provide you with such a policy.

For sure it would be possible to start with the available policy in 5.50 (token optional) and switch to token mandatory as soon as 5.60 is available. Information about the release date can be gathered via your sales representative.

    Regards

    Dan
