Sophos encryption.

While logging in user gets a pop up saying that the authentication service is not running, no further action is possible. Nevertheless, he is able to log in but the D drive is not available. Also, it is not possible to synchronize with the sophos server on the normal account nor on the local one- the sophos icon is not visible

    Hi Ankitvasi,

    please check if the SGNMaster.exe, SGN_MasterServiceN.exe and the SGN_AuthService are all running properly. I would think that there is a problem with SGN components being unable to load. Maybe you AV software has blocked some of the services from being registered during installation?
