How to set up USB Encryption module

Hi,

We purchased SafeGuard Data Exchange for the sole purpose of encrypting removable USB drives. I have installed the Management Center, Enterprise Database and Enterprise Server but am now at a loss on where to go. Is the SafeGuard RemoveableMedia the correct documentation I need or is that a different product (http://www.sophos.com/sophos/docs/eng/manuals/sgrm_20_heng.pdf )? According to that doc, we need "sgrm.ms i" which I cannot find in our installation package.

Hi deskadmin,

thank you very much for posting.

The next step would be to install the SGxClientPreinstall, SGN_Client.msi > select only the data exchange module and finally install the Client Configuration module.
