New Admin can't access safeguard admin center

We have an existing safegaurd installation and setup.  We have a new admin user on our team that needs to access the safeguard admin center but when he connects to the server via RDP and clicks to open management center it starts the install wizard.

We have tried accessing the exe directly too and that has the same effect.

I apologize if this is a newb quesiton but is the admin console specific to the windows account?  their AD groups are all the same as users with access.

  • I figured out my issue... it turns out i was just using the wrong account to access the server.   The confusing thing is that new users get the safeguard wizard if they are not setup as a manager user.  it doesn't say "you aren't authorized" or anything like that.
