We are a new user of Safeguard Enterprise version 5.50.8 and are having sporadic issues whith initial contact between client and server after full installation.
For some laptops (all same brand / version) everything works fine, after installation the client receives keyring, cert and policies an the encryption of C and D drive start sequentially.
For other laptops (same hardware / version) the same procedure is followed, but the keyring, etc is not received thought the server can be contacted. This results in the fact that only the C drive is encrypted.
For some laptops in the Management Console reporting we see message 2074, authentication, Machine keys could not be sent successfully to the server.
I am not sure whether there is a relation between the symptoms on the client and the error message seen in the console.
Currently this is a blocking issue for further deployment since the behavior is not predictable.
Sometimes after a reinstall the installation and communication between client and server go fine even when initial the laptop had the above mentioned faulty behavior.
