Getting bluedump once install sophos safeguard 8.1 with client patches on new win 2004 updated version by oct 2020

Team,

We have client & there below setups:

SGN Server & client 8.10.2.55 version with win 7,8 & win 10 version 1903,1909 ,2004 and 2004 with new updates system present.

We are faincg issue in latest version of win 10 version 2004 & getting the blue dump issue & after anlaysing this blue dump occurs due to some sophos drivers.

Is there any solution for this
