Need to understand use of suspend

Question

Hi Team, 
 We have built the SGN 8.2 Console. 
 We have seen the Tools>>Suspend option.

Can we understand what is the used of Suspend option in SGN 8.2? 
 With the help of suspend command the current client configuration is deactivated . 
 SO if it deactivated then the exsiting encrypted systems are decrypted automatically or not????

 The suspension wizard and Safeguard configuration protection are from the Safeguard Enterprise 6 version. So if anyone is still using Safeguard 6.1 client in their environment, he can manage Safeguard configuration protection using this option. For more information, please refer to this document which has more details for it.
