Asp.net v4.6 installed but installer still asks for v4.5

Installing SafeGuard Enterprise v8.20.0.83 onto Windows Server 2016 Standard.  The installer tells me I must have asp.net v4.5 even though v4.6 is already installed, active, etc.

Documentation says I must have v4.5.  Installing v3.5 also, just to test, did not help.

Do I really have to downgrade asp.net?  Or can I find asp.net v4.5 and install it correctly on this server?

    It should not be the case if you have installed ASP.NET v4.6 as it always has the features of the previous version. Safeguard should be getting installed even v4.6 is installed.

    Please provide the screenshot where you received the error for v4.5.
