I have installed sophos on a dell d610 but after the initial log in the machine now refuses to boot. it shows the sophos backgroud briefly but the screen then just goes black.
Tried using the repair/recover tools provided but still just get a black screen.
is there a way to read the hard drive like an external storage device?
