SGN wont sync user credentials

have safeguard installed on an HP Compaq NX7400. will encrypt fine and accept the first user but any subsiquent users can only log in as SGN Guest. i need subsiquent users to have their passwords sync'd too

any ideas?

Is the first user set as the owner of the machine, and does your specific machine settings policy allow the owner to import new users?
