Is there a stateside location for the SGN files?

Download speeds are at a trickle and support is not picking up phone calls . . .

I opened an online support ticket after being on hold for two hours. They sent me a stateside link to files they opened up at ftp.IQstorage.com.
Download speeds are around 25KB/s vs 32KB/s on the www.utimaco.com download.
But the utimaco.com site download didn't complete.

Yes I was able to get the downloads and was able to update. I think it would be nice to have faster speeds once we login. Is 8+ hours to download the updates for your clients Sophos/MyUtimaco clients typical?
