SGN Management Center on a new computer.

I'm installing our SGN MC onto a few new computers being rolled out to our Help Desk.

I follow the standard installation instructions that has worked in the past.

The installation is successful and am able to tie it to the Management Server and authenticate with the SQL database password.

When I attempt to authenticate the user i get a message of:

[Console] A general error has occurred. The system might be in an unstable state.

I can use each of the users etokens on other computers and access the Management Center.

Site Configuration

Safeguard Enterprise 5.35

Management Center Server and Database SGN. Windows 2003 SP2, SQL 2005 Latest SP

Workstation.

Dell Optiplex 780

Windows XP SP3

SGN 5.35 with same Client config file that worked on other installation

Aladdin eToken 5.1 (5.1.66.0) and tested with Aladden eToken 4.55.

Any troubleshooting recommendations?
